Rooted & Grounded in Love

Marital relationship prospers because of love. Broken marriages that could be seen are those that have been fallen out of love, those whose both stand is "I am right" than taking the time to be silent to recognize each own fault, those who do not admit shortcomings and those who do not forgive.

Similarly, leadership prospers because of love, those who are genuine servants of the citizenry whose advocacy is oneness, economic resilience, justice, loyalty and friendship. Those who are dethroned from their leadership are the ones whose promises are deceitfully backed up by their personal interests who after cunningly gained trust have discreetly cheated the people.

By all means, love substantiates in all our commitments whether it is conjugal relationship, employment, organization, education, communal. We remain intact with the family because of love that binds us because it's always a fulfillment to see that we grow together as one.

In our job we could find ourselves to be productive because of love of work that motivates us for the reason that it survives us a living, gives material comfort. We love our work because it is our pride that we become part of its growth in terms of service for country's economic stability.

The same with education, students study so hard because of treasuring knowledge, not for the purpose of competition in the future but to be productive and be effective in any commitment by sharing intelligence for the common good.

In the same manner, we continue our zeal in our engagement with the community not because of the love of service in any ministry but because of our love to the people who could see from us the manifestation of God's love through our dedication and fidelity to the WORD, reformed lives, versatility in different ministries which leave encouragement as everyone notices the virtues that have been contagious.

Therefore, love is the greatest power that all of us could have. Love produces life in our society which harmonizes relationship, heals woundedness brought by forgiveness, restores trust and loyalty, motivates creativity, encourages holiness, multiplies goodwill, connects individuality, reforms lives, advocates independence, forgives iniquities, upholds dignity.

1 John 4:7-12 Beloved, let us love one another, because love is of God; everyone who loves is begotten by God and knows God, for God is love. In this way, the love of God was revealed to us; God sent His only Son into the world so that we might have life through Him. In this is love: Not that we have loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as expiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also must love one another. No one has ever seen God. Yet, if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is brought to perfection in us.

Romans 13:8 Owe nothing to anyone, except to love one another; for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
