Today
was a sad day for Dr. Farrah
Agustin-Bunch in the Philippines. While she was in Manila receiving an award
for “Scientific and Medical Breakthroughs and Philanthropic Community Service”,
the FDA goons showed up at her facility with an army of CIDG, PNP and machine
guns to “raid” her clinic...AGAIN. They brought news cameras...AGAIN
The
FDA ignored their legal response, due process and illegally attempted to close her
clinic. She hopes for the best as she believes that they don’t have the
jurisdiction to close her clinic or ignore the laws of the Philippines. For her,
it doesn’t matter how powerful they think they are, believing in the full force
of the laws.
In a
crazy coincidence, she applied yesterday with the Office of the President for
the job of FDA or DOH Secretary since she is tired of both organizations
failing to promote health to the Philippine Citizens. She asked herself: Are we
really getting the leadership in DOH or FDA here in the Philippines that we
deserve?

She’s not intimidated by these terrorist tactics as she will not stop helping patients who are worth dying for. Her principles are worth dying for, she says.
The
FDA appears to be under the strong influence of multinational pharmaceutical
drug cartels and the “big” medical societies here, she concluded.
Effective means of Natural Medicine that aren’t
controlled by the Pharmaceutical drug cartels is very bad for business. This is
truly David vs. Goliath, she underscored.
My personal experience about health concern
My parents (Julie Elutin and Ely T. Ecleo) were
both diagnosed with ailments which need surgical operation – my mother for her
ovarian problem and my father for his Stage 4 Prostate Cancer. Thanks be to God
that they survived these diseases not because of the surgical operation but
because of alternative medicine for my father (Phytoscience Stem Cell and
Ozonated Water), while mother who also skipped the scheduled Surgical Operation
sought for second opinion from another medical practitioner who prescribed
medication than surgery.
The Catholic Teaching on Respect of Health
Catechism of the Catholic Church CCC 2288 - LIFE
and PHYSICAL HEALTH are precious gifts entrusted to us by God. We must take
reasonable care of them, taking into account the needs of others and the common
good.
CONCERN FOR THE HEALTH of its citizens requires
that society help in the attainment of living-conditions that allow them to
grow and reach maturity: food and clothing, housing, health care, basic education,
employment, and social assistance.
Catechism of the Catholic Church #2290 The virtue
of temperance disposes us to avoid every kind of excess: the abuse of food,
alcohol, tobacco, or medicine. Those incur grave guilt who, by drunkenness or a
love of speed, endanger their own and others' safety on the road, at sea, or in
the air.
Catechism of the Catholic Church #2291 The use of
DRUGS inflicts very grave damage on human health and life. Their use, except on
strictly therapeutic grounds, is a grave offense. Clandestine production of and
trafficking in drugs are scandalous practices. They constitute direct
co-operation in evil, since they encourage people to practices gravely contrary
to the moral law.
In conclusion, God affirms the Doctor’s expertise and skills as
articulated in Sirach 38:1-14 but not its abusive powers, so it's just lawful that the Doctor's advocacy in this instance is worth fighting for, towards the common good.
