Does Jesus' Birth celebrated by the Catholic Church oppose God's precept and therefore of pagan origin?

The Gospel of Luke accounted that the Annunciation of the ArchAngel Gabriel to the Blessed Virgin Mary took place 6 months after the conception of St. John the Baptist, taking the conception of the latter being deduced from the established time that his father, Zechariah, was serving in the temple when he received his own vision of the Archangel Gabriel.

It is interesting to note that the date of the Annunciation was celebrated by the Church since ancient times on March 25th, placing Jesus birth nine months later in late December, near the time of the winter solstice, i.e. December 25th.

Hence, this is the most accurate and probable date, based on Church history, sacred tradition, and biblical scholarship, of the actual date of the birth of our Lord Jesus.

Having said that, this timing with the stars of heaven definitely correlates with the Divine Plan for the humanity, than the opposite. The universe was made through Jesus Christ, the Son of God (John 1:3), and when the world was at its lowest point brought by transgressions, the “Sun of Justice” (Malachi 4:2) and the “Light of the World” (John 8:12) Dawned - the advent of the promised Messiah for the redemption of humanity.

HOW ABOUT NON-CATHOLICS CLAIM THAT CELEBRATION OF ChrisMAS IS OF PAGAN ORIGIN, IS IT VALID?

The pagan celebration of the winter solstice (December 21-22) which non-catholics linked to the celebration of Christmas began and finished prior to December 25th, and the cult of the Roman sun god was propagated at least a century after the earliest written account that Christmas being celebrated on the 25th of December. In reality, it is instituted to extinguish the celebration of the birth of the God of the Christians than the other way around which the sects shout out.

Therefore there were no pagan festivities happening all over the place on December 25th prior to the celebration of the Christmas feast.
